Vanilla Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp swerve sweetener (add more if you like sweeter)
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup chia seeds
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
2) Let stand for a few minutes and then mix again.
3) Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
4) Mix one more time before serving, Enjoy!
Makes 4 servings.
